How can I return an item?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please use our online portal to generate a return label.
Where can I find the size guide?
A detailed size guide is available on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing your usual size, as our collections are designed for a natural, comfortable fit.

How do I care for my Soeur garments?
To preserve the quality of our natural fabrics, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the label of each garment. Most of our knitwear and delicate silks require hand washing or professional dry cleaning.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. You may return the items for a refund once they are received.
